How does it work?

It's really very simple, whenever you book a session with us, you will be awarded 10 robins.
​
You can track your balance in your account. Once you have 30 Robins you will be able to redeem them for a unique voucher code. The code entitles you to £30 off your next booking. Codes can only be used once and have no value of their own and can only be used against future bookings

If you book a full day, an additional 10 robins will be credited to your account within 5 working days.

Hillgrove Nature reserves the right to cease the loyalty programme at any time. At this point any existing vouchers will be honoured. Any remaining Robin balances may be removed. All members will be provided with a minimum of 28 days notice of withdrawal of this programme
